You can stop looking for surveyors now as Neil and his team at EOS surveyors will bring more value than just surveying. I used EOS to carry out a schedule of condition (SoC) for a commercial lease. Not only did Neil carry out a comprehensive survey with sharp attention to detail including drone shots of the roof, he also invested a lot of time dealing with the landlords surveyors and solicitors to ensure the correct wording was used in the lease to maximise protection. This family business is a breath of fresh air. Communication was super clear from initial query to the resolution. My query was a bit unusual and I did not know how exactly to go about it. Finding a good surveyor is difficult. How do you know someone isn't just going to have a quick look, write down a load of generic answers and take your money. The level of detail on my report was exceptional, the price was very fair and the before & after care was just as good. They are very user friendly. After receiving my report the surveyor took the time to go through it answering all my questions and simplifying it down for me. I was very impressed with the start to finish process and would highly recommend.
