Marwood Surveyors

We instructed Marwood Surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey after unfortunately being let down by another surveying company, so we were particularly keen to find someone reliable and thorough. Marwood completely restored our confidence in the process. From the outset, communication was professional and the survey itself was extremely detailed. The report highlighted a number of important issues with the property that we would not necessarily have identified ourselves and gave us a much clearer understanding of what needed further investigation before exchange. Tanya was particularly helpful. After receiving the report, we had several questions and wanted clarification on some of the findings. She took the time to speak with us directly, talked through our concerns in detail and provided reassurance and further explanation where needed. Marwood were also responsive by email and followed up on the points we raised. Buying a house is stressful enough, and after our previous experience with another company, having a surveyor who was thorough, approachable and willing to properly discuss the report made a huge difference. We are very happy with the service we received from Marwood Surveyors and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a professional and comprehensive building survey. Special mention to Rajak too as he was extremely helpful on the phone too whenever I needed to call.

Tanya was brilliant. She identified a boundary issue that I was completely unaware of. This could have been a very costly mistake, but thanks to Tanya's professionalism and attention to detail, it was spotted and resolved in time. She saved me from a potentially expensive error. I would recommend Marwood Surveyors without hesitation.

So pleased and impressed with the service received from Marwoods. Reception team were always kind and helpful during each contact. Our Surveyor Tanya was also exceptionally brilliant and went above and beyond! Completed the survey and provided us with the report promptly and efficiently. After receiving the report, we had a few questions about the class use of the property that she was happy to research and support us with during a stressful time and at short notice. So glad we had the valuation report completed too as we managed to save thousands off the final purchase price which we were so pleased with. Thank you to all the team, we will be sure to recommend you to others

Would recommend highly. Very friendly firm to work with. All communication was very helpful. Richard, who carried out the valuation, explained everything clearly and was easy to talk to. As was Oliver, who arranged my appointment within a timeframe, which worked great for me. Very fast turnover, which I was very appreciative of. Thanks again.

Tanya was amazing. We had a very detailed report sent over to us after she had done the survey on the house we were looking to purchase. She rang us and went through a few things we were unsure about and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.
