Tanya was amazing. We had a very detailed report sent over to us after she had done the survey on the house we were looking to purchase. She rang us and went through a few things we were unsure about and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.
It was amazing from start to finish. Oliver and Rajak helped us get through the first few steps until booking the date for our Level 3 survey, which was done quickly. The report itself takes exactly 10 days to arrive. But a special shoutout goes to our surveyor Tanya Stevens. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and competent, but through multiple phone calls, she handheld us (even before we had received the report) through what we could expect from the report, what we needed to be wary of and a way forward. She was an absolute star and we can’t thank her enough! 20/10 recommend Marwood to anyone thinking of a home buyers survey. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish.
I cannot complain. I had to withdraw first instruction as my buyer withdrew. Forgot to reinstruct then when I remembered, Marwoods visited & provided Survey within one week. Report was easy to read & follow & I contacted owners to get urgent work carried out by them. 5* easily!
