Very happy with this service and the report
We have received a wonderful service from Marwoods from start to finish. My initial communication with Rajak and Oliver was very informative, punctual and friendly. Their quoted price was far from the highest and we opted for them based on their previous reviews, size, price and initial communications.<br><br>Needing a Red Book land valuation for probate purposes we were a little apprehensive that such a highly qualified surveyor may be a bit distant or aloof, however Tanya Stevens was amazing. Her knowledge was very extensive and her ability to explain the guidelines and frameworks of the valuation system helped us enormously to understand the process we are in.<br><br>Most of all though I’m so grateful for Tanya’s relaxed manner and patience. Patience in a physical sense as we negotiated brambly paths with my elderly uncle, and personally as she considered and answered all family questions in a way that provided real clarity to a very muddled situation before hand.<br>I would highly recommend Tanya and Marwoods to anyone and will definitely call on them in the future

It was amazing from start to finish. Oliver and Rajak helped us get through the first few steps until booking the date for our Level 3 survey, which was done quickly. The report itself takes exactly 10 days to arrive. But a special shoutout goes to our surveyor Tanya Stevens. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and competent, but through multiple phone calls, she handheld us (even before we had received the report) through what we could expect from the report, what we needed to be wary of and a way forward. She was an absolute star and we can’t thank her enough! 20/10 recommend Marwood to anyone thinking of a home buyers survey. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish.
I cannot complain. I had to withdraw first instruction as my buyer withdrew. Forgot to reinstruct then when I remembered, Marwoods visited & provided Survey within one week. Report was easy to read & follow & I contacted owners to get urgent work carried out by them. 5* easily!
