We had a really great experience with Accord Lets, particularly CJ. From the start, she was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and much less stressful, especially as this was our first time renting. She helped us arrange a viewing at a time that worked well for us and was always quick to respond to our emails. She was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout. As first-time renters, we weren't sure about a lot of things, but she took the time to answer all our questions and guided us through each step. We're really grateful for all her help and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a property.
