Unprofessional and Untrustworthy – Avoid This Business My experience with this business has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeated follow-ups, my deposit has not been returned. The owner introduced a new rule—never mentioned in the original agreement—stating refunds would take five business days. Even after waiting far longer, I’ve received nothing. Adding to the frustration, my deposit doesn’t appear to be protected under a Deposit Protection Scheme, as required by law. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner has solicited positive reviews to counter genuine feedback. When I shared my honest review, I was threatened with legal action for defamation rather than being offered a solution. This company lacks professionalism, accountability, and fairness. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
