Bogdan is an exceptional property manager, really helped me settle down and the service was excellent

I have had a very poor experience with Essense so far. I found several properties on Zoopla and tried contacting the agency, but no one answered the phone. I called at different times over four days, and they finally answered on the fourth day. When I enquired about one of the properties, Jon told me that unfortunately a tenant had already moved in. He said he would send me the details on WhatsApp, but he never did. The next day I called again and asked about three different properties, and I received the same response each time – that a tenant was about to move in or that the landlord had decided to rent the property instead. Instead of helping with the properties I was interested in, Jon kept trying to push other property that I wasn't interested in. He also suggested an auction property, which I clearly said I did not want. A couple of hours later I decided to ask about the auction process anyway, only to be told that the landlord had already rented that property as well. The most frustrating part is that these properties are still being advertised for sale on Zoopla and other property websites. If they are no longer available because they have been rented, why are they still being marketed? It feels like my time has been wasted. Finally, Jon said he would check with the landlord regarding another property and get back to me. He never did. My WhatsApp messages have been read but ignored. If you are not interested in dealing with potential buyers, then please be honest instead of making promises you do not keep. And if these properties have genuinely been rented out, please remove them from the property portals instead of continuing to advertise them for sale.
