For the love of god avoid at all costs, they care about landlords not you. the properties are unliveable for any working professional. I have lived in mine for 4 months in that time I have had items stolen, been lied to by the landlord and agency about plumbing issues, Human wee and faeces in the building and now live in a building site. Honestly just do yourself a favour and pay an extra £100 or so somewhere else and not have to deal with these clowns
