My family and I arrived at the property at the same time as another prospective viewer, who was a white lady. When the agent arrived, he did not greet us or even say hello. Instead, we were told that he did not have the key to the property and that another viewing would need to be arranged.<br><br>However, after we left, I saw that the white lady was still at the property. I do not understand why we were asked to leave while she appeared to continue with the viewing. This left me feeling that my family and I were treated differently.<br><br>We are a brown family with a good income and attended the viewing in good faith. Based on what happened, I feel that we may have been treated differently because of our race. If this is the case, it is completely unacceptable.
Applying for houses has been a nightmare of a process in this day and age but I was pleased at how smooth and quick the process was here! I'd like to personally thank Sufyan for his great communication and help whenever we had an issue and for making the process relatively painless, thanks :)
Very disappointing experience. I travelled to attend a scheduled viewing, only to receive a phone call when I was approximately five minutes away to say the property had already been taken and the viewing was cancelled. I then agreed to view an alternative property, waited over an hour, and was shown an unfurnished property even though I had never requested to view an unfurnished property.<br><br>As a result, I spent several hours travelling and waiting, incurred unnecessary travel costs, and lost valuable time. I also received emails inviting me to view properties that I had not arranged, which added further confusion.
Very disappointing experience with this agency. We paid the deposit and were led to believe that the apartment was ours. Based on that, we completed all the required procedures and waited for the next steps.<br><br>We repeatedly explained that we were desperately looking for a home and asked them to process everything as quickly as possible. Instead, they kept delaying the process for more than two weeks without providing clear communication or updates. It felt like our urgency was completely ignored.<br><br>The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and unprofessional. We wasted valuable time and were left uncertain despite having already paid the deposit. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.<br>Never and ever try this agency
