unfortunately the worst estate agents we have ever used. We were out of the property in 5 months due to the state of the property. Boiler was not checked when we moved in, so we had to had to beg someone to come out and fix it on a winters night. We had sewage water coming in from upstairs and dirty water coming in from the bath. Mould all over the bathroom, we physically couldn’t shower in there in the end. Sent multiple emails to be ignored. Our smoke alarm broke and they didn’t send anyone to come fix it; it was an electrical issue. We had to send multiple emails regarding our deposit, in the end I rang DPS myself and they were extremely helpful. We’ve just got our deposit back from them… we’ve gone with Dixons for our new home and they’re been amazing. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Had a viewing of a property with a gentleman named Jordan, who provided excellent service start to finish even on follow up communications he was friendly, professional, rsspectful and communicated brilliantly. Honestly left such a positive impression. I think he's a real credit to the agency - I don't say that lightly, as professionalism like his can be uncommon.
Shit service they call you 5 times for viewing and when you reach the property, the Person tells you we have to reschedule and everything that’s not how it works I wasted my time. I took a day off went to see the House and their colleague telling me that they can’t show me the Property that’s not fair that’s not how it works not recommended at all
The staff at Martin&Co Harborne are really helpful and easy to communicate with, they reply to my messages and calls almost instantly. They are also friendly, I appreciate all the help. Especially from Sufyan and Sam
I never leave negative reviews however with Martin and Co Harborne I’ve had a horrible experience and they’re very unhelpful. My building flooded (no one’s fault) however, every time you call or email about the countless issue in relation (chipped and peeling floor boards, mould growing in the floor, skirting board displaced, water stains) the property managers are unavailable and the estates team do nothing to help. Do not recommend.
