☆☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing after-sales service. When we were renting the property, communication was good. However, once the tenancy ended, the level of service dropped significantly. We returned the keys and vacated the property in February 2026, yet months later we were still chasing updates regarding our deposit. Despite multiple follow-up emails, responses were slow or non-existent. In particular, Rakhee repeatedly directed us to the management side or other departments instead of taking ownership of the issue, even though she was managing the property. We felt that responsibility was constantly being passed around rather than anyone actively helping to resolve the matter. The contrast between the service provided before signing the tenancy agreement and the support received afterwards has been disappointing. Customers should not have to spend months chasing basic information regarding their deposit. I hope the company improves its communication and accountability for future tenants.

I had a really great experience with Northwood throughout my purchase. The whole process can be stressful at times, but they made it feel much more straightforward. Liam was amazing from start to finish. He was always helpful, easy to speak to, and kept me updated the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he made sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was how approachable and reliable he was. If I had any questions, he’d always come back to me quickly and explain things clearly. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Northwood, especially if you get to work with Liam.

Not usually a reviews person but honestly I’m in love with everything about this place, I have been here for roughly 4 months. I had the amazing Hina conduct my viewing here, she is hilarious and so personable. All the people that are down at the concierge, particularly Lisa are so amazing and its nice to have a friendly face when coming home, the landlord Stephen is so friendly and you can tell he's just a good person. The apartment itself is gorgeous and the building is extremely well maintained, I hope to see myself here for a few years. Thank you to all of you🫶🏼
