As a tenant for several years now, I can say it’s a brilliant agency that caters to all your needs.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this property was managed. During inspections, I repeatedly raised concerns, but I was told everything was “just wear and tear.” The condition of the house has now become far worse and clearly goes beyond normal wear and tear. The tenants were allowed to keep pets despite a no-pets agreement, and the property has been left in a shocking state rubbish left outside, the garden completely neglected, and the fridge and other areas left filthy and damaged. Proper checks and management were clearly not carried out. As a landlord, I trusted the agent to protect and maintain my property, but I feel completely let down by the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility shown throughout the tenancy. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
The team at Premier Estates are really helpful and considerate with all matters and if you're serious about renting or buying then they will work with you to get everything on track without wasting time, the ongoing support is also excellent..Highly recommended

Fantastic experience, made my process of buying a house really smooth and efficient, always very responsive and supportive, couldn’t thank them enough! 5 out of 5 *
I had a fantastic experience working with Usman at Premier Letting Agents while finding my rental home. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly and took the time to really understand my needs and preferences. He was incredibly supportive throughout every step of the process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Usman was always prompt in responding to messages and was more than happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. His professionalism, reliability, and friendly approach truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend Usman to anyone looking for a rental property – his dedication and customer service are second to none.
