We recently used this removal company and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Connor, Kieron, Matt and Craig were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>They packed up our entire home with such care and professionalism, even while working through a heat wave. They were friendly, efficient and incredibly hardworking, making what felt like an overwhelming process completely stress-free.<br><br>They even took the time to chat and entertain our 2-year-old, which made a huge difference and really showed how thoughtful they were. She woke up this morning asking to play with Connor!<br><br>Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces. We were let down at short notice by a birmingham based company, which came as quite a shock.<br>We phoned AFR and thankfully they could help.<br>From our initial phone call with Steve we were immediately put at ease, he did a video call to see what needed moving and answered all our questions.<br>We had 4 guys on the day , one packing the kitchen and fragiles and 3 others that packed and wrapped everything else that needed to be done.<br>Everything was handled with care, and at all times they kept checking to see if there was anything else to do.<br>Once at the property they unloaded everything to the correct place and could not have been more helpful.<br>They were lovely people and a pleasure to have with us on the day.<br>Thank you for all you did. Allen’s family removals helped us out with an odd request to move across the road. 4 gentlemen arrived on time and were exceedingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they paid particular attention to all of our personal belongings ensuring they were moved safely and in one piece. The mattresses were wrapped to ensure they didn’t get damaged. Thank you very much for all your help you saved us several back and forth trips and really went above and beyond for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use yourselves again or recommend you in the future. (They are no relation, but the name was a contributing factor to me giving them a go)

Very impressed with the service provided by the team during house move. Punctual, flexible and well organised. Made a particularly difficult aspect of the house move fairly easy and would definitely recommend them to other looking to move in the Birmingham area!

The whole process was painless the team made the move from Birmingham to Lincolnshire as pain free as possible, the move from 2 houses to one was a huge thing to do . The team were exceptional in every way they were considerate to my 89 yr old mom , helping her to settle and even get her tv working that really were amazing each and every one of them . We would recommend them , they are faultless and nothing is to much trouble. A huge thank you to Steve and his men .

Moving two properties into one was always going to be a challenge, but thankfully we had asked Allen Family Removals to help us through this process. We were in safe hands.
