Brought these chaps in twice recently to help with a move - first in helping clear the old furniture out of the new place, and then to help us move in. The lads showed up bang on time on both occasions and were friendly, efficient and genuinely treated every interaction with the kind of care that says they understand that this is your *home* and your entire life that they're helping you set up. Everyone was lovely, they got our old place packed out and moved in serious rapid time, and were amazing with the pieces that we needed to disassemble and reassemble at the other end. Working with Adam, Nick and the team has made the whole process of moving that bit less stressful, and both I and my other half would heartily recommend them - whether you're doing a full move, need help with a clearance or just need some bulky furniture moved to its new home with someone else (they helped get a spare double bed over to a friend's son and did a fab job). 5 stars, no notes!
1st visit to establish size of the removal followed up by detailed quote. This was very realistic.<br>Extremely accommodating and supportive with changes of dates that are so common when moving. Offered alternatives such as self storage if delays became an issue. No rise in the price or penalties for circumstances out of your control.<br>Friendly cheerful and accommodating team on the day of the move. If you are offering drinks make sure you have sugar for the tea they love it.<br>Overall a more personal and customer focused experience than you are likely to get from a big name removals company where you will be just a house number.
