Dave from Cotton Roofing Services responded promptly and came out to inspect the property, even during snowy conditions, which I really appreciated. He cleared the affected area, identified the issue, and applied a fix to stop the leak. Dave took photos throughout the process and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what the problem was and how it had been resolved. He was professional, attentive, and very patient in answering my questions. His willingness to come out in such poor weather really shows his dedication to his work and his customers.
