Approachable and professional.<br>I left this review 8 months ago when I asked Martin for a roof survey. He said the roof was in excellent condition.<br><br>I left a 5 start review, as he was very quick to come and do the survey and i subsequently proceeded with the house purchase.<br><br>In the first 5 months after moving in, I have spend 8 thousand pounds on 3 separate leaks. When I mentioned one of these issues to Martin he said, it was too sunny on the day of the survey and so an issue could have been missed. He is a cowboy, PLEASE DO NOT GET A ROOF SURVEY. Might be fine for other work but it has been a very costly nightmare for me.
