Ridiculous company. The call out technician is the rudest businessman I have come across, he has asked me to pay £150 for him to reset my access on my phone for my cameras. Upon asking if there’s anything I can do on my end to maybe gain access, he’s advised to have himself come and sort things. When explaining how £150 is a lot to pay especially if it’s something that can be done over the phone with guidance, he’s told me he needs to pay tax and his time is valuable. Had many issues in the past with this company. Would NOT recommend
