Had a full structural survey done on a 2 bed semi detached and very happy with the service provided. Mortgage lender stipulated specific qualifications for chartered surveyors they would accept for potential subsidence checks which they had and received the full report within a week of the inspection. Very pleased with the quick turn around and the detail included in the report with pictures showing everything they checked with clear explanations on potential issues and any actions required to prevent further progression of the situation changes.
