A clear five stars and a big thank you to Craig and the team for chopping down our dead walnut tree and removing saplings from our chimneys.<br><br>Craig took the time to get permission from the council as we are in a tree conservation area, saving me a job. They came to look at the job and agree preparations in the garden and came on a day when it was convenient for me.<br><br>The team worked quickly and carefully and were all very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and tidied up nicely leaving things where I wanted them with no disturbance to our neighbours.<br><br>I would not hesitate in using them again i.e. fully recommended from my experience. Craig took down my dead silver birch tree and completed a couple of smaller jobs at the same time. The work was completed very efficiently. The trees were shredded before being taken away. Craig arrived at the expected time, provided an excellent service and left the site very tidy. Very pleased with the service. Strongly recommended.

During a recent storm, we lost part of a very large conifer which left the rest of the tree in a precarious state likely to fall over in the next strong wind. Craig came straight away and with his team of Rob and Adam, felled the rest of tree the same day. They then returned to break it down neatly and make the surrounding area safe and secure. Craig and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, friendly and did everything that they said they would, tidying up thoroughly before asking for payment. Thoroughly recommend.

We recently used Heart of England Tree Services to trim 2 trees and completely remove another. We were really impressed with the service. The two lads who carried out the job were friendly, professional and clearly hardworking. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and took great care to tidy up afterwards, leaving everything neat and tidy.<br>The quality of the work was excellent and it has made a real difference to our garden. Great service from a lovely team. Complete tidy of the garden bringing in more light after cutting back the trees etc. Craig remembered what was needed from his initial assessment to the work being completed. All was done promptly and all tidy at the end. Have all ready recommended to others!
