Had the glass in several windows replaced. Was initially pleased with the job until one of the windows cracked (it was not broken) in under a year. I was told that 0121 would not accept liability for this, or make good the work. Other glass firms will despite what they say. They are liable under uk law but shirking their legal responsibility. AVOID!
