Just wanted to say how friendly and efficient your engineers were this morning. It took half an hour to remove the old integrated fridge freezer and to fit in the new one. Very impressed with their can do attitude, attention to detail and customer service. Big thank you to Christina too who made it all happen in less than 24 hours.

First time using A&E. Bosch dishwasher playing up. Considered buying a new one, but thought id try a repair firm. Jacob arrived, diagnosed the problem and had the impeller out in a few minutes and removed a yoghurt pot (photo attached) that had welded itself deep inside. All back together and working as new. All just for the price of a reasonable callout fee. Absolute result

Gavin came out to repair my integrated dishwasher door and provided an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The phone was answered immediately by the office with no additional dials or waiting, and he attended within 24 hours of my call. The price was spot on, especially for such an essential repair. I would give more stars if I could.
