Contacted them to take a look at my Mum’s Bosch dishwasher which was stuck with a tap warning symbol. They arranged to come out 2 days later and managed to sort it. The door was playing up next day and they promptly revisited and tightened it up, not charging any extra. My Mum who is elderly was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Will definitely use again for future appliances.

Excellent efficient service! A&E appliances supplied and installed an integrated Bosch fridge-freezer which has finally got rid of a longstanding frost problem with our previous AEG model. The ordering process, delivery, installation and disposal of the old appliance were all straightforward. Highly recommended.
We had Gavin from A&E Appliances out recently to repair our washing machine and couldn't be happier with the service. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Just wanted to say how friendly and efficient your engineers were this morning. It took half an hour to remove the old integrated fridge freezer and to fit in the new one. Very impressed with their can do attitude, attention to detail and customer service. Big thank you to Christina too who made it all happen in less than 24 hours.
Fantastic service from A&E Appliances this week. Tried to repair my broken fridge freezer by calling them & they quickly turned that round to finding & installing a replacement. Took my old one away as well.<br>A great service & very reasonably priced too 👏

First time using A&E. Bosch dishwasher playing up. Considered buying a new one, but thought id try a repair firm. Jacob arrived, diagnosed the problem and had the impeller out in a few minutes and removed a yoghurt pot (photo attached) that had welded itself deep inside. All back together and working as new. All just for the price of a reasonable callout fee. Absolute result
Time wasting scam merchants who won't respond to queries.<br>Save your time and use a decent company who respond to queries and who want to work.
