I’ve used Abtech several times in the past and today they came again to the rescue. Our washing machine and tumble dryer were both acting up - ends up they were clogged with dog hair. They were so fast and friendly, I’m glad I know they can be so reliable.
I instructed Abtech to repair a dishwasher at my property, and unfortunately, the Abtech technician who attended was utterly hopeless. To make matters worse, Abtech retained my card details and charged me for what turned out to be a faulty repair job without my authority. Several phone calls / emails later and Abtech have refused to refund the repair cost. I am now having to pursue this through my bank, I would avoid this company at all costs!!!
