Eddie has helped me twice! once for the washing machine and again for our 12 year old dryer! I sent a text message the night they broke and Eddie came and repaired them the day after in the space of half an hour! And for a very fair price I Cannot recommend enough! Excellent service. Called Eddie to replace the element in our fan oven. Arrived this morning with the part and fixed within 15 mins. Great guy - would absolutely recommend!!
He came to look at a faulty washing machine, he couldn’t fix it today which is fine but the problem began when he disrespectfully left the washing machine out in the middle of the lounge with the screws all scattered over the floor and the skirt boards and doors not on. When I asked him that it needs to go back together He then had the cheek to say he’ll have to ‘charge’ me to put the washing machine back how it originally was. It’s standard basic manners to put things back how you originally found it. Extremely cheeky, I told him to cancel bothering to order any new parts. I will be getting my washing machine sorted by someone else instead. Wouldn’t recommend, he also caused irreparable damage to the floorboards and kitchen doors as no protection on the floor was used when he pulled the washing machine out
Would highly recommend Eddie who provides a fast, quality service at great value for money. After calling Eddie and explaining the problem with our integrated tumble dryer, he came the next day and fixed it at a cost of just £70 which included his call out fee and replacement part. Much better service than the large national / manufacturers out there.
