2Dio Architecture

2Dio Architecture was a pleasure to work with Irfan was a pleasure to work with throughout our project. Irfan and Raj were both highly professional from start to finish. Our planning permission was granted very smoothly, and the whole process was well managed. Raj came out to take the measurements, and Irfan was always easy to communicate with. He was available whenever we needed him and responded promptly to any questions. We made a few changes to our planning application, and these were updated and resubmitted without any hesitation. I would highly recommend 2DIO Architecture to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and efficient architectural service.

DC Plans Required for Rear Elevation Remodelling Outstanding service from start to finish! I used 2DIO Architecture Ltd to get planning permission for modifications to the rear of my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Irfan was extremely responsive, coming out at very short notice to conduct the site survey measurements. The pricing was very competitive, and he even included small refinements at no extra charge. He handled the plan submissions smoothly and provided brilliant support, advice, and regular updates while we waited for approval - even speaking directly with my builder when questions came up. Thanks to his expertise, the plans were approved by the planning department first time, allowing us to move straight on with the project. He also assisted with a minor update for a non-material amendment afterwards. Top-quality work, fantastic value, and superb communication. I’ll happily use 2DIO Architecture again and recommend them to friends and family!
