I was given Abi’s details through a building contractor, as the whole planning and design process was completely new to us. Although we had heard many negative things about planning permission and the overall process, we were genuinely blown away by how easy Abi made everything.<br><br>Abi arranged an initial pre‑call to understand what we wanted, followed by a second meeting at our convenience. From the outset, Abi was extremely personable and approachable, which immediately put us at ease. She clearly explained the entire process from start to finish, right through to approval, making the application seamless and completely stress‑free.<br><br>I would absolutely use Abi again and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Abi came to re plan our downstairs & add an extension. The downstairs of our house was all over the place & a real challenge. Abi did some brilliant designs, we were very happy with her plans. Would highly recommend.

Abi has been great to work with. Our project was to build a small side extension and connect the kitchen and dining room. From the start she was enthusiastic about our project despite it being quite a small one, and has had some really interesting ideas.<br>Two other architects gave us incorrect information which would have impacted the amount of space available for the extension, Abi reassured us this did not apply to single storey extensions so we were able to fit in a small amount of extra space which will make a big difference.<br>We have ended up with a unique and practical design. We would definitely recommend Abi and would use her again for any other projects in future.

Really pleased with the service that Abi gave us. I think what sets her apart is her creative instinct. We had a small extension built to house a utility. As both space and budget were tight, she was able to maximise every square inch of space to really get the most out of what we had to work with. She was full of great ideas and all options were fully explored. Really happy with how the design has worked out and it came in pretty much on budget.
