We worked with Craig from Up & Out for the design of our kitchen-diner extension. He was so helpful guiding us through the whole process, as we'd never done a project like this before. Craig was able to help with all aspects of the project, such as planning, building regs and was able to recommend some excellent tradespeople for the building and structural work too. There were some slight complications with the scope of our build which Craig was able to spot and resolve easily. The whole process was really straight forward and clear from the start and I would definitely recommend Up & Out!
We instructed Craig to help us with our application for planning permission for a 2 storey conversion over our garage. We were successful (was a tough one to get over the line and he did it first time!), and he is helping us with the process thereafter, including sourcing quotes from his contacts (builders). He has been excellent throughout the process. Clear communication, fair prices and highly accessible and responsive. I highly recommend Craig.
Excellent experience working with Craig in designing our extension. Really listened to our needs, providing us with three great but very different options for further exploration. The one we ended up choosing was not what we had originally envisaged but it ticks all the boxes and we are very happy with it. Craig has always been very responsive, nothing is too much trouble and he has even helped us with securing a structural engineer, who was equally good. Would highly recommend.
