Watertight Bathrooms Yorkshire

We had an excellent experience with Watertight Bathrooms. We had a small en suite in an awkward space in the house, so we weren't really sure what was going to be possible when we set out to get it redone.<br><br>We had 3 consultations with Tim - one to discuss what we wanted doing, one to show us his finished design, and then a final one to go into more detail on all the costs and see where we could make a few savings. He clearly understood us - after the first consultation we saw the word PINK written in his notes in big letters, and he really ran with it. We made basically zero changes to what he first presented to us.<br><br>The job itself was carried out single-handedly by Jamie who was an absolute pleasure. It took about 3 weeks and we always knew when he was coming and going. He was very considerate about noise and mess and gave us plenty of notice for any decisions we needed to make.<br><br>We've been using the new space for a couple of months now and can't fault it. Would definitely recommend them!

We recently had Watertight remodel our bathroom, and they were all amazing from start to finish.<br>One of the best parts of the experience was how flexible they were. They were incredibly accommodating to make sure everything was to our exact taste. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and very clean—they made sure to tidy up after themselves every day, which made the whole process much less stressful. The entire project took about 3 weeks to complete, which was right on schedule.<br>A huge thank you to Richard, Seb, and Tim for their hard work. A special shout-out goes to Richard for his amazing building skills, his speedy work, and for keeping the workspace so remarkably clean throughout the build!<br>I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their bathroom done!<br><br>A wonder team and an amazing bathroom.

Excellent service from the helpful design consultations with Tim through to completion of project by John and Tristan. Punctual and hard workers. Did a great job converting old bathroom to modern attractive one with wetroom area and accessibility features, including easy-use electric shower and nonslip cap and cove flooring.

Brilliant experience with Watertight Bathrooms from start to finish. We hadn't been able to use our en suite since we moved last year owing to leaks and loose tiling, so needed someone to pull it all out and start from scratch.<br><br>Watertight appealed as they offered a full-service from design to the finished product. With both working, we didn't have the time to liaise with individual tradespeople, plumbers, tilers, numerous showrooms etc, so having someone else project manage it was perfect.<br><br>Tim refined various designs and worked with our budget and preferences. He even came up with designs that allowed for a walk-in shower, which we didn't think we'd be able to achieve in such a small space, as no other plumber who quoted even considered moving the pipework.<br><br>Rob, our fitter, was such a lovely guy and slotted in around us. He and the office had great communication throughout, asking for input on every decision and letting us know next steps via a project WhatsApp group. Rob's work was exceptional and the end result is stunning. He even worked around a few curveballs like underfloor heating which needed to be unexpectedly rerouted.<br><br>We're delighted with the end results and were sad to see Rob go. We just need to start saving for our other bathroom now!

I can't speak for the quality of services but I find it wild that they essentially request 90% of payment upfront as per other poster and also they charge for the home surveys...

I cannot thank Watertight Bathrooms and Rob enough for coming to my rescue today!<br><br>My boiler had broken down and despite trying every tool in the house I couldn't resolve the issue... while walking to a neighbour's house to borrow an adjustable spanner I noticed the Watertight Bathrooms van on the next street!<br><br>I called the number on the van and explained my predicament... they very kindly got Rob to pop round the corner and he was able to turn the nut on the boiler to refill it!!!<br><br>Very kind and hugely appreciated!<br><br>I know where I will be coming when we need a new bathroom!!!<br><br>Thank you so much!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

From start to finish this has been the best experience. Tim in the showroom was patient and helpful in getting the design finalised.<br>Ashley, the fitter, was brilliant, a perfectionist, punctual and tidy.<br>I would highly recommend!

An excellent job converting our ensuite bathroom into a modern one. Richard was a great guy, going past a strict interpretation of the specification to ensure a professional result. I recommend the company completely.
