I recently used DampX to investigate some issues raised in a Level 2 Home Buyers Survey we had done on our property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. Outstanding service from DAMPX who have just completed work in our basement. From initial meeting and survey to completion Josh and his team were professional, friendly and informative and finding straightforward solutions rather than trying to oversell or scaremonger into anything we didn't need. All of the work was project-managed seamlessly, the team worked at a fantastic pace and were tidy and careful to minimise disruption. Problems were solved before we knew about them and additional work around our back door was done with no extra cost. We have completed many building projects over time, and by some distance this is the best experience we have had.
