Excellent service, from the initial timber/damp survey to completion of the work to replace our rotten floor joists. Matt (Director) was knowledgeable, reassuring and incredibly patient with all our questions. His team on the job were hardworking, thorough and professional, and Matt was regularly here during the work. Excellent service from start to finish! Cannot fault YDC in anyway. From day 1, when Matt (Director) and Mark (Surveyor) inspected our flooded basement, to the last stages (plastering, installing a ventilation system, and servicing the pumps), we have found the YDC team to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful, with a fantastic attention to detail. We have gone from two feet of water in our basement to having a useable, dry, and, above all, safe utility room. We spoke to several other basement companies in the Leeds area who did not have half the knowledge or experience that YDC have. Fully recommended!
YDC have been absolutely fantastic. We had problems with some recurring damp following their initial work but Matt and his team were honest about the problem and redid the job without any argument. They accommodated our own need for delays over several years before returning to put things right.
