Great windows and service from the Horsforth office. The fitters, led by Carl, did a fabulous job. Delighted with the windows and service.

Great company to go with. The door itself is beautiful and an excellent quality. The team were very helpful when it came to choosing the design. The pricing was more than reasonable and clearly set out before ordering. The door was delivered in the time frame estimated and I was updated on this. The installers were also lovely, completed quickly and can’t fault the finish of it. Also got plenty keys with the door which was an added bonus as it saved me a trip to the cutters. Very happy!

We had all our windows, doors and a new conservatory fitted by Rainbow. Everybody involved in the project was fantastic. They really understood what we were going for and they made the whole thing work really well. From the initial meeting to the fitting, they did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with the results. If I could award 6 stars I would. Thanks guys!

Recently had a new composite door fitted and today had a new landing window installed. Two lovely chaps did a fabulous job - would definitely recommend and will be using Rainbow again.

Disappointed so far<br><br>We chose Rainbow specifically because we wanted to support a local company, and at the quote stage the customer service was excellent. Within a few days we had chosen a door, had the survey carried out on 27th November, and paid our deposit.<br><br>It’s now 10th January and we still don’t even have a fitting date scheduled. While we weren’t in a huge rush, we were told at the quote stage that there was a possibility the door could be fitted before Christmas. The surveyor also said he would be in touch within a few days, but we heard nothing. When I called to follow this up, I was told someone would call me back, which again didn’t happen.<br><br>We eventually received a message just before Christmas saying we were probably looking at the second week of January. A fitting date was then booked, only for it to be cancelled a few days later due to the door failing quality checks. We now seem to be back at square one, waiting once again for a date.<br><br>We understand that delays can happen, and it has been Christmas but the lack of communication has been frustrating and disappointing, especially after such a positive start.<br><br>Update 02.02.26<br>Still no door, still no install date!<br><br>Update 09.02.26<br>Door fitted and we're happy with the result. Shame we've had to chase every step of the way but we got there in the end.

Great service from start to finish. The fitters were really respectful of our home and tidied up after themselves. Felt like a very personal service with no ‘sales’ pressure like the bigger companies. Always nice to be able to support a local business. Highly recommend.

We have had Bifold doors fit recently by Rainbow Yorkshire Ltd and from the first visit to the post fit follow up we have been delighted with each stage of the process. Had a conservatory a window and a patio door, the workmanship was outstanding big up to Paul n Graham.
