I had a complete relaying of my downstairs hard flooring done by Craig at Thorner Flooring Services, taking two weeks. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Craig is incredibly professional and very friendly. He arrived on time and finished on budget, delivering exactly what he said he would do. He took fantastic care in keeping the house tidy—he was incredibly clean and tidy, even handling the moving and replacing of all the furniture. He just got on with the work, and his daily clean-up was so meticulous I wouldn't have known he had been working for two weeks! An excellent, trustworthy service.

We required a new floor covering in our kitchen, and we chose Thorner Flooring Services from the Which? Trusted traders. Craig took us through the various options for a new floor, and did a thorough survey of the task ahead. We chose laminate flooring (a first for us); Craig did a top quality job; his attention to detail is excellent. He left everything clean and tidy, taking away all rubbish. Craig is professional and friendly. I would recommend Thorner Flooring Services.

After a brilliant first job, we used Craig again to replace a floorboard on our landing and replace the carpet on our stairs. From start to finish Craig carries out the work to a very high standard, with regular communication and updates on progress. Really pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use Craig’s services again.

I can very much understand how Thorner Flooring Services have received so many five star reviews. I am really impressed with the excellent customer service I have received from them. I needed a new room carpeting fairly quickly - they promised me this could be done, and then made sure they delivered not just on time but a day earlier than expected. The carpet is lovely, was a very, very reasonable price, and they have removed all waste from the site for me. This is the third room I have had carpeted in the past couple of years, and I wish I had known about Thorner Flooring before now, as my positive experience with them is very different to what I've had before! Highly recommend.

Craig has just finished replacing carpets in our 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing and living room and we think he's done a fantastic job. After first contacting him, Craig was quick to get back to me, and came out that day to have a look around the house. He offered lots of advice, and we never felt pressured to commit to anything, although we were happy with the written quote he provided. We are really impressed with the quality of the work, Craig takes the time to do the job to the highest standard rather than trying to cut corners and do things quickly. This included numerous time consuming fixes to our floor boards, especially on our landing which hadn't been left in a great state by previous works and was noticeably uneven and noisy - however, it now feels as good as new. I really can't recommend Thorner Flooring enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
