Highest quality, best price! I changed my flooring after purchasing a new home. These guys did the absolute best job! They came and measured my house in the first instance and provided advice. Then I asked them to remove all the current carpets, dispose of them AND install the new flooring all in one day - they did everything, and more! They installed underlay and laminate on my ground floor (living room, hallway and toilet) with underlay and carpet on the stairs and upper floor (landing, and 2 bedrooms). They paid the highest level of attention to every detail and carried out their work with great honesty and dedication. They did a 12hrs shift to do all of the work I had asked in one day! In fact, originally the toilet was not on my agenda, but they agreed to do it at my request just as their day was about to end! They went the went the extra mile to do it correctly from the base up - they removed the sink and toilet and then installed the new flooring and installed then back. Also, the new carpets were at a higher level than the original so the doors were harder to close, they even cut those to size! These guys are fantastic, they do all kinds of work as well as flooring, could not recommend them more highly! Very hard working, very reasonable price and very honest people!

I would like to share my very positive experience with B& F North Construction Company Limited. They completed an excellent job for us, including fitting vinyl tiles in 4 rooms, installing vinyl tiles on the staircase, fixing an annoying creak in the stairs, and many other tasks — all within just 5 days. The quality of the finish was outstanding, and their professionalism throughout was truly impressive. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects such as a garage conversion or bathroom and kitchen renovations.
