Lynch renovation completed our recent house extension and internal refurb, and we could not have asked for better.<br><br>They were helpful and very knowledgeable about all components of the job, and no question or ask was a problem. They’re super quick to respond and helped with the full process from planning, to inspections, to the build and after. From start to finish they were professional, informative, honest and kept us up to date with plans each week.<br><br>They’re a well oiled machine, highly organised and everything ran smoothly and on time.<br><br>Their quality of work is top notch, and we’re so happy with the end result! I had Lynch Renovation in to work on my property, I wanted some walls taking out to make my downstairs open plan, I found other builders made this whole process difficult whereas Andy was very keen and excited to do the job for me, I explained what I wanted and Andy met the engineer and inspector multiple times and I’m really happy with my new space, I highly recommend this company

We actually met Andy through a bad experience with a builder on an extension we had built, we was really struggling to get final sign offs and worried about how this would leave us, within half an hour Andy reassured us that his team could get all matters resolved, he rang his building inspector whilst on site and structural engineer and true to his word within two weeks we had our sign offs, it was refreshing to see there is still people in the industry that love what they do.

We decided to use Lynch Renovations and developments for our load bearing wall removal, we felt that Andy’s approach on how to do this made it all seem very easy and that gave us confidence, the work was completed and Andy arranged sign offs from building control and even did our structural calculations so we really didn’t have to worry about anything.
