Edd is a brilliant salesman and installed our AC on time and with little fuss. The issue with this company comes in the form of after-care and service. I have tried to contact them every summer for the last few years to have the air-conditioning unit serviced that was installed by them. I have called the office, filled out a AI receptionist form, called Edd’s mobile number and WhatsApp messaged. I feel I would have greater success contacting this company via Ouija board because they seem dead to the world. Really regret spending thousands of pounds with a company that can’t be bothered to call a customer back. Thank goodness, my air-conditioning is still working otherwise this company would be of little help.

Absolutely fantastic service from Edd and love our air con unit - finally makes our loft conversion usable year round now! Edd was able to provide an indicative quote within 24 hours of making an enquiry and once we confirmed we’d like to go ahead he was out quickly to carry out a site survey and talked us through what we’d need and get us booked in. Installed when he said he would and worked into the dark to make sure he had it completed on time. Fantastic work and service, would highly recommend to anyone considering installing an air con unit.
