Absolutely fantastic service from Edd and love our air con unit - finally makes our loft conversion usable year round now! Edd was able to provide an indicative quote within 24 hours of making an enquiry and once we confirmed we’d like to go ahead he was out quickly to carry out a site survey and talked us through what we’d need and get us booked in. Installed when he said he would and worked into the dark to make sure he had it completed on time. Fantastic work and service, would highly recommend to anyone considering installing an air con unit.

Edd was excellent in advising a completely non-intrusive design to individually control the air conditioning to our upstairs bedrooms - all with the latest tech we can control with an iPhone or Alexa. We now have no worries of a summer heatwave next year! We contacted numerous other companies, and none others offered the tech solution we were after that Heat & Cool gave.
