Loving our new Heat Pump! The house has never felt warmer. It performed perfectly over the Christmas break when it was well below zero outside, and we had a house full of guests. We were hoping to get parity with the old Gas bills or better and we have achieved that. I calculate it to be a 17% saving so far when compared to the same period the previous year, and we are yet to see the additional benefit of losing the Gas standing charge over the summer months (when the previous condensing combi gas boiler was hardly used). We were really impressed with the approach, flexibility, workmanship and support provided by Heat Pump Installers UK. Right from the first visit it was clear they really understood heat pumps and the required full system design to get the most out of them. They answered all of my many many questions about all the various aspects of the design and were open to my suggestions about the system to adapt it to our specific wants and needs. During the install the engineers were great, they worked really hard and (despite our drafty argumentative Victorian end of terrace house fighting back) we got the full system that we wanted. They have been really responsive at resolving any minor snagging issues that have arisen. The system was installed with the addition of a Homely controller which optimises use of the cheap rate overnight to reduce costs. Thanks to Andy and the team.

Hi we have just had fitted a air source heat pump fitted by heat pump installers at Huddersfield, we needed a new boiler so after alittle research we decided we would go for a ideal heat pump , Andy came spent a good couple of hour going through everything with us ,we also had a further two company come and although heat pump installers were the dearest I don't have any regrets going with them , Andy had invited us to their company at Huddersfield and showed us round it was most helpful as we didn't no anything about having a heat pump , on the day of installation all the lads came with Darren, I after say they were all professional and friendly they tidied up every evening before leaving, and my dog loved them , I have no hesitation in recommending heat pump installers. You wouldn't be disappointed.

We were given a full home assessment of the heating and insulation requirements which we have followed during our house renovations. We were very impressed by the installation team, who were efficient, polite and a pleasure to have around. Because of the renovations we’ve had the radiators fitted in stages and they have worked round our builder’s schedule, making it a great experience all round.
