First Review. 5 stars. Julian and Jason installed our new boiler in our flat in leeds. From start to finish they were extremely professional and courteous. The job we needed was quite tricky and technical but this was no issue for Julian and Jason. They visited our flat 2 times in advance and gave us honest and helpful advice. They then installed our boiler to the highest standard, and provided all relevant documentation following the installation. I cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks to them. Second Review. 5 stars. Julian and his colleague came around and cut the gas off to our hob as we are getting an induction hob instead now. They were, professional, courteous, and kind. Another fantastic job carried out for us. We are so great full to have used them and have them as our heating engineers. Many thanks once again. The whole process from quotation to installation was swift and we always felt at ease. Advice was really helpful and precise. Julian helped us understand what we needed and options available. During installation great care was taken to reduce mess and inconvenience. Julian and Jason were extremely helpful and friendly when explaining the running of the boiler, controls and app. Delighted with the new Worcester Bosch Como boiler. The house is already much warmer.

This is the second year running that Heatwise has serviced my boiler for me and I definitely won't be going anywhere else! From start to finish, the service was smooth and professional, yet also personal and friendly. Having had a service last year, they sent me a reminder and I was easily able to book a visit at a time to suit me. Communication was excellent before the visit. On site, Julian took time to explain what needed doing and why, showing me the the parts that had worn and needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill, which was more than anticipated (due to the extra part), but also represented good value for money. I can highly recommend this firm!
