Caldaire Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms

I cannot recommend Darren and his team highly enough. They have just replaced our kitchen and all the work has been carried out to the highest standard. Their eye for detail is meticulous! Darren communicated well with us before starting and during the work being carried out, keeping us in the loop throughout. They turned up on time every day and cleaned up every evening before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We’ll definitely be using them again, when we need our bathroom replacing. Darren and his team did an amazing job fully remodelling our old and outdated kitchen. They were right on schedule and communication was great throughout the process. There were some tricky elements to our kitchen and Darren was able to sort everything out seamlessly. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. Darren and his team did a fantastic job when designing and creating it. They completely stripped the existing bathroom back to brick and did everything to completion. Darren and Dean were on time, professional, tidy, a pleasure to have in our home and delivered an excellent family bathroom. Darren is great at communicating and offers help and advice. They will be back to do our ensuite.

Just had new kitchen & bathroom done by Caldaire. Picked them as needed some building work doing and wanted a company who would manage the whole project (didn't want to have to deal separately with suppliers etc.) Overall very pleased with the finished result. Listened to what we wanted and put in what we asked for. Kept us up to date throughout. Cost wise was in the same ballpark as other quotes so had confidence in the price given. Paid for materials up front, then 50% labour invoiced after first week and remainder paid when job finished. Painting/decorating was not included but when we raised this Darren was quick to arrange another firm to come in and do this for us (their invoice was steeper than we would have wanted but they did a good job) Overall would definitely recommend Caldaire to anyone wanting this type of work doing.

We found Caldaire and Darren after being advised to avoid ‘big names’ and stick to a local independent and I am so glad we took that advice. We’d bought a post war bungalow but the kitchen hadn’t been touched at all since it was built in ‘58! We told Darren what we wanted and immediately got the feeling he really knew about kitchen design. He listened to what we wanted and came back with a design that made maximum use of the space we had. He gave advice where needed and also answered all our questions quickly. It was clear Darren takes pride in his work. Prompt, tidy and exceptionally hard working. The building work alone, which he was assisted by Dean, was quite a task. He went above and beyond, even removing a small chimney he’d found. Nothing was too much trouble and he Project Managed everything from start to finish. We now have a beautiful kitchen we are proud of. The quality of it and the workmanship are amazing. That is thanks to Darren and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing his services. Thank you.
