Their showroom is excellent - there are no pushy sales pitches at all; the high-quality products really do the talking, and Simon explains everything clearly. He has an exceptional eye for design and truly listens to his customer's needs and preferences, but he also won’t shy away from giving his honest professional judgment and advice, which we really appreciated.<br>​The planning stage was incredibly efficient. Simon provided two detailed quotes for slightly different budgets, allowing us to pick and choose what worked best for us. Best of all, everything was decided in just a couple of short visits, completely eliminating the need to shop around or source things from multiple different places.<br>​During the installation, the communication between Simon and our fitter was seamless. Simon liaised with them throughout, ensuring every single item was on-site exactly when it needed to be for a smooth, stress-free fit.<br>​If you want a stunning end product without the usual stress of a renovation, go see Simon. Outstanding service from The Kitchen and Bath Co with Simon and Hannah. We had a full kitchen design by Hannah as part of a new extension and she created our dream kitchen, put us at ease and we’re there throughout the process answering any questions to ensure everything run smoothly. Highly recommended and we were that pleased we used them for our downstairs toilet.

We dealt with Simon at The Kitchen & Bath Co. who led us through the design process in a calm and very 'unpushy' way, despite us taking several visits to finalise the design of our bathroom. The install started on time and the finish was only delayed by us having rotten joists (from a previous leak) which was dealt with within the quote. I thought the pricing was extremely fair/competitive. Simon's installer was hardworking, pleasant and extremely clean (tidied up at the end of every day). We are very happy with the finish and look of our new bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have just had a totally new bathroom designed and fitted by Kitchen and Bath Co. It’s gorgeous!<br><br>Even on our first contact with the company, when we just called in to look round the showroom, we were impressed by the quality of the products and the layout of the showroom. Simon, the owner and kitchen design expert, was brilliant. He listened carefully to our initial thoughts about design, asked relevant questions to help those thoughts develop, and then came up with a suggested design, which together we then tweaked a bit to create the final design. It’s the ‘small’ details that he suggested that make all the difference to the aesthetics and functionality of the bathroom. Examples range from the attractive towel hook on the wall near the shower door to the three types of ambient lighting (on the mirror, fan, and an under-washbasin PIR) to complement the main ceiling lights. We are very grateful to Simon for his expertise, experience, product knowledge and creativity.<br><br>Nigel was our bathroom fitter. We had high expectations, yet he exceeded them. He used a covering (which looked rather like cling film) on our beige carpets – a nightmare colour for a bathroom fitter – and they remained undamaged throughout. In order to further minimise dust and dirt, he also swept the bathroom every day. The quality of his workmanship, his attention to detail and his perfectionism were exemplary. He is certainly multi-skilled. He was so careful carrying everything upstairs, including the heavy units, making sure he didn’t damage the walls or handrail. In summary, he cared.<br><br>Simon and Nigel were both friendly and communicated clearly with us throughout the whole process.<br><br>Kitchen and Bath Co. provide high-quality products with expert fitting and professional customer service at a fair price. Have just had a new accessible shower put in for my mother aged 84.<br>This company were so helpful from start to finish. They did an excellent job, on time, at a fair price and went over and above what we expected.<br>Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Simon understood our brief and came up with great designs. Was great to consult in the showroom and see examples of the products. He worked very quickly due to tight deadlines which was appreciated. He communicated very well throughout, including dealing directly with the building team. Sourced everything we needed, and almost on budget. Thank you!

Thank you kitchen and bathrooms Rodley for your 5* service from start to finish. Although it was only a small job to them it was life changing to my elderly mum who needed her bath taking out and a shower and shower cubicle fitted. Simon put her at ease knowing everything she needed and delivered on time, on budget matching up with her existing bathroom and tiling and with no mess, jimmy and Neil the fitters also need a mention as they went above and beyond and doing a first class job all in less than 3 days.

The process was excellent from the design through to the build. I would thoroughly recommend the Kitchen and Bath Co to everybody. Simon and the 2 workers ( Jimmy and Neil) were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. We love out new bathroom.
