Richard and Lottie did such a fantastic job with our front garden in 2021, that we got them back in 2023 to do our back garden. Both our front and back garden have turned out even better than we imagined! We’ve had letters through our door and comments from neighbours asking us for Richards details.<br>Richard cleverly designed a planting plan so we have plants flowering from spring through to autumn to ensure there’s interest throughout the year.<br>We’re very grateful for the relaxing oasis they’ve created for us, and we love seeing the garden mature each year.<br>They are also an absolute pleasure to have around. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Richard and his team completely transformed my back garden of woody, aged shrubs, concrete paths and rocks into an absolutely glorious, elegant and colourful space last year which is flourishing now with all of my most loved plants. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and gave me thoughtful, expert advice on what would work well in my North facing garden. He and his team worked tirelessly and patiently, always keeping me fully informed at every step of the way and coming up with imaginative ideas that fit easily within the budget I'd given him. Richard is an excellent communicator, always reliable and professional and he, Andrew and Lotte made sure they left the garden clean and tidy at the end of each working day. From design to execution, the whole process was seamless and I felt I was in very safe hands.

Austin's Gardens designed, landscaped, and planted our front garden. It was a joyful experience from start to finish and we are delighted with the results! Our garden is lovely and peaceful and we are looking forward to seeing it grow. What an incredible transformation to my elderly mum's garden by Richard and Lottie! We wanted to make it safer for my mum with level paths and handrails whilst preserving the maturity, privacy and natural habitat of the garden itself.<br>Richard and Lottie did this well beyond our expectations, working sensitively and patiently with my mum. What a marvellous experience from start to finish it was, working with Richard and his team to revamp my formal front garden! Richard, Lottie and Andrew were incredible at taking on our garden full of stone, brick and artificial grass and clearing it all to create the beginnings of a beautiful garden.<br><br>They came at a really difficult personal time, and their kindness, patience and absolute competence allowed the work to continue without stress. It was wonderful to know that we could completely trust their advice and helped us make decisions as the project went on. They also went above and beyond to clean up the masses of mud created through such a big clearance job. Just a massive thank you to Richard and the team :)

Richard and his team transformed our overgrown space to a garden which always makes me smile whenever I see it.<br>All the team were extremely professional and explained the process and helped us pick the plants which were low maintenance but ensure the garden looks beautiful all year throughout.<br>Spending time in the garden today has proved a welcome escape from the wider world.<br>I would highly recommend Austin Gardens and are now planning on getting the team to rework out back garden.
