Absolutely loved Ben! Arrived bang on time to check the lock, handle and sliding frame on my UPVC Patio door. He explained everything very clearly, showed me where the problems were and gave me choices on what to fix and what will last a bit longer. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find him after I had contacted 2 other companies, who turned out to be a scam! Price was clearly explained too, no hidden surprises, and not too expensive. I will always use and recommend 1st Defence.

Excellent service. I spoke to Ben this morning. One of his colleagues (Mark) came out this afternoon. New front door lock fitted and he corrected part of the frame which we didn't even know was missing. I'd highly recommend. We'll be getting them back to sort out a similar job on the back door which another company did a completely bodge up job on. Feeling very reassured now.<br><br>Updated: Mark came back at very short notice and sorted out the remaining jobs. Very professional, excellent service and great price. Highly recommend this company.
