Fantastic service from start to finish. I called regarding an issue with my uPVC door not opening and Radu was at my house within 15 minutes of my call, which was incredibly impressive. He was polite, professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, including that the door had not been installed correctly when the house was originally built. It was really helpful to have everything explained clearly rather than just having the problem fixed without understanding the cause. The repair itself was completed within around 20 minutes of him arriving and the door is now working perfectly again. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I wasn’t able to unlock my composite door using the key and Radu was recommended by a friend and arrived within half an hour. He was really helpful explaining the issue and managed to resolve it without having to carry out any major repair. Would highly recommend.

Radu is a top bloke, very reasonable price, did a great job and trustworthy.<br>Fixed my patio UPVC multi-lock system with minimal fuss, explained everything as he was fixing it and gave loads of great advice about lock security.<br>He even fixed another problem I had with my front door for nothing.<br>As I say….top bloke!<br>Pity I can only give him 5 stars.
Very fast
Very good service, really polite - left keys in the boot and Radu was able to get in within 20 mins. I was in the wf13 area. From ringing Radu to getting access to the car it was 50 mins!!!
