I recently had the pleasure of using Radu’s locksmith services, and I honestly could not recommend him highly enough. He came out with less than one hour’s notice, which was incredibly impressive. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, honest, and clearly very experienced in his trade. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and while fixing the issue with my locked doors, he also took the time to adjust my windows and doors to make everything work properly again. On top of that, he gave me some priceless advice on how to improve the security of my home, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned an issue with my bathroom window that I could not close properly. Radu quickly identified the problem, ordered the required parts, and returned the following day to complete the repair. Everything was done to a very high standard and for a fair price. To be honest, Radu made my day. It is refreshing to see that there are still independent contractors out there who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
