I cannot recommend Steven and Mortgage Co. enough. We had a tricky situation with our house purchase and Steven couldn’t not have been more attentive and active with our case. He was dealing with our solicitors, making enquires about our mortgage, and keeping on top of applications for extensions ensuring we were able to keep things going as smoothly as possible. He was also there as shoulder to cry on when it looked like things weren’t going well, and celebrated with us when the sale finally went through. Top service from this company and Steven. A thoroughly well earned 5 stars. If I could give a million I would.

We recommend Steven to absolutely everyone we know! He made the process so easy and as stress free as he could! Steven was able to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond, helping us understand not just Mortage options but also reviewing our survey with us. Tracey was also fabulous at keeping us updated and chasing things with our lender. When things took longer than they should with the house buying process (due to onward chains) Steven was able to secure us a better interest rate with our lender, which isn’t something I knew was possible! Overall highly recommend and won’t use anyone else for my Mortage needs.

We’d definitely recommend Steven! We’re first time buyers and it took nearly a year for our purchase to go through because of delays at the top the chain, but he guided us through from start to finish, explaining everything clearly, from getting our mortgage in principle right to full approval. He always went above and beyond, answered straight away whenever we had questions, and kept in regular contact throughout. He recommended solicitors, took the time to look through our home buyers survey, sorted our mortgage and cover insurance, and kept us updated whenever a better rate became available. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. As first time buyers we were at a loss and really knew nothing about the process of buying a property. Steven made the entire process manageable, easy to follow and answered all of our questions at an amzing price that was only transfered when we had Keys to the property.
