Malcolm and Julie at Will Assist Mortgages are fantastic. I've used them since I was a first time buyer in 2009. When looking for a mortgage broker for our first home we looked online and came across Will Assist. We had no prior experience with them but what stood out was how many positive reviews there were and as soon as we spoke with Malcolm we knew that we felt confident proceeding with his guidance. Julie and Malcolm were fantastic in helping us secure the mortgage for our first home. It is a shame you can only give 5 stars. Malcolm and Julie provide an excellent, efficient, decisive service. They don't just get you a deal when you're financial circumstances are complex but once you have that deal, they work tirelessly with agents to ensure your purchase gets over the line. Having ended up buying through the modern method of auction, the timescales to make an offer were extremely tight but together we secured all we needed to do with a day and a half to spare. I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant team.
