Really professional independent advice given. They explained the process of buying my first home which was a new build, the way in which a mortgage works and is applied for as I had no knowledge of mortgages and felt quite overwhelmed with it all. The admin side is alot to go through, and there is a lot to submit but they would always help with any questions I had, and also had an easy system that allows electronic documents to be submitted.
