I saw a couple of rats in my garden so called Sykes Pest Control, very efficient operatives came promptly and checked the whole garden and my garage, explaining where the rats had been and showing signs I had not noticed. They put varied bait in several places and said what would happen when rats had taken it, and confirmed they would come back in 7-10 days to check. After three days I did not see any rats in my garden. They came again today and thoroughly checked for fresh signs, and said the bait had been taken and I should not see any more signs. I am very pleased with the efficient service of Sykes Pest Control and would definitely use their service again. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their efficient and friendly interaction for a very fair price
We were so impressed with the service from this great company, they were going to come out the same day we reported the problem but we were otherwise engaged, and because they could hear how upset I was Jon came the very first thing the following day. He was very thorough and was so informative and helpful, we would highly recommend Sykes Pest Control. They were not greedy with their price and offered us all the help possible. Thank you so much
Sykes pest control came out to my property to deal with a rodent issue that was dealt with swiftly. However communication after that hasn’t been great, wouldn’t recommend if you are in a rented property where you need a report to get money back from your landlord. Asked 4 times for a report and each time have been ignored and now out of pocket too. Seems they are happy to help until payment is received then they don’t care.
