Really pleased , was given advise the first time I rang . Told me to ring back and they would sort it . I rang in the afternoon and they came and sorted the problem the following morning . Very efficient and very friendly and a reasonable price . Said if the problem persists they would come back and sort the problem free of charge . Would highly recommend .

Really really lovely gentleman answered the phone to me. Very very helpful after we found potential rat poison in our back garden and we have a dog. They confirmed what it was in a couple of minutes. Highly highly recommend!
