Alex fitted an outdoor tap for us yesterday. Sounds simple. It was rather more complicated than that, involving lead, cramped spaces & 3 locations. Alex came out to sort out a leak for us. He took the time to really explain what was happening and why, and how he was fixing it which he then did quickly and efficiently..
