Dave came with an hour's notice, diagnosed a toilet leak and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He was very professional, showed me where the problem was and showed me there was no more water dripping. Excellent service and would recommend him highly

I had a broken shower cartridge which meant I had to turn the water off at the mains to prevent the shower from constantly running. Dave provided some initial advice over the phone, which allowed me to order a spare part, and came over the next day and fitted the new cartridge with no fuss. Really quick response for an emergency call out. Asked questions over the phone to assess the problem and whether it was something that could be managed that night or whether we would need to book in for a drainage clear out which would need a machine hired which I really appreciated as it wasn’t wasting our time or money if he couldn’t do anything. He was really affordable and helpful compared to other companies that we called as well as being really friendly.
