Pass The Property

We recently stayed at a property managed by Pass The Property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is advertised as a 5-star luxury accommodation; however, in our opinion, the reality was far from this and more closely resembled a 1-star standard due to its condition, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. There were clear issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the property. More concerningly, there were safety issues during our stay, and injuries were sustained as a result. What is particularly worrying is that similar concerns appear to have been raised by previous guests in public reviews, yet these do not seem to have been adequately addressed. This suggests an ongoing lack of proper maintenance and oversight. When we raised a formal complaint, supported by photographic evidence and correspondence, the response we received was dismissive. We would strongly advise future guests to carefully review all feedback before booking - something we did not do and strongly regret this now. Based on our experience, the property did not meet reasonable expectations, and the handling of our complaint was equally disappointing. Charging over £3500 for two nights is daylight robbery

Everything with our apartment was amazing. The communication with the host was also good with easy key pick-up. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, the beds were very comfortable. There are great city views in all bedrooms and also a balcony. The train station is very close and overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to the city centre.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs This house was advertised as stunning offering a luxurious stay. We went as a party of 15 the house was dirty and not maintained at all, mould on windows and walls ,carpets not hoovered,floors not swept not enough cups glasses for everyone wet towels hanging over doors. We had problems with the toilets being blocked and showers not draining, causing flooding, maintenance came and couldn’t sort the problems in the annexe meaning 6 people in our party had to leave a day early! Pass the property believes 15% refund minus commission and fees is acceptable AVOID AVOID UPDATE Pass the property are refusing to release the refund because we won’t take down the negative reviews !!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more highly in Manchester. We stayed here as a group of 10 for a stag do/bachelor party, and it was perfect for us in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, the level of cleanliness was genuinely impressive and made us feel comfortable straight away. The space easily accommodated all of us, with plenty of room to relax and socialise together. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Communication was quick and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our weekend. The property itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and very well thought out. Every detail has clearly been considered, from the stylish decor to the high-quality amenities, making it feel both luxurious and homely at the same time. Overall, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the ideal place for a group trip, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone, especially larger groups, looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and enjoyable place to stay.

We had a great stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Communication from the host was excellent throughout — very clear, friendly, and helpful. They were also kind enough to offer us a complimentary late check-out, which we really appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I would happily recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
