I can honestly rate this as the best viewing experience I have had in my entire (quite extended) renting history. Ryan Armitage from Redbrick Properties handled the viewing with such passion, patience, friendliness, evident support and genuine understanding that has distinguished him by far from any other lettings negotiator I have ever had. He was well prepared and well informed with regards to the property and even took time to point me to the roads leading into town when I mentioned I did not drive. I came once on my own and once with a friend and had a delightful experience both times. Coincidentally, I had a viewing negotiator from Redbrick Proerties about five years ago who was also called Ryan and was also very good but this Ryan is off the charts.
