I contacted David Grindrod at the very last minute for an urgent structural report, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. From the first call, they understood the urgency and went out of their way to fit me in at short notice. The inspection was thorough, the report clear and detailed, and everything was turned around far quicker than expected. Cannot praise this company enough. We needed a company who were experts in our type of house to do an urgent report. They turned this around for us within a couple of days. Their report was clear and concise which left us knowing exactly where we stood. It is not often these days that you get companies with such good customer service but everyone I spoke to were very polite and knowlegeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
EDIT: First experience was great BUT we have been trying to get in touch for 2 months now for another survey with multiple calls and emails, always promised they would get back to us and we have received no follow ups. Very confused at such a difference in service. We recently got a property survey completed on a house that we were purchasing. The report was great and extremely detailed, whilst still being simple to understand. We cannot thank you enough as it highlighted issues we did not have any knowledge of, and therefore saved us financially from investing. We will definitely use Knight Grindrod again.
