My Nest Ltd have done a fantastic job with the valuation of my property. Ann in particular was soo understanding from start to finish. All the information I needed to pay off a help to buy equity loan was dealt with by Ann and the relevant information needed to go ahead with the report and its criteria was all communicated as swiftly & smoothly as possible. Myself and my partner backed out of the sale of a house earlier in the year after waiting almost a month for our surveyors report to come through from a different company. We had a very bad experience with the surveyor used at that time and were extremely hesitant in booking another one for the next house we put an offer in on. All I can say is that Ann and Chris were brilliant. The process was super simple and quick, the report was very extensive and detailed and helped us knock a sizeable amount off the price of the house. I would absolutely recommend My Nest to anyone looking for a surveyor.

I will share the facts of our experience with My Nest. We used My Nest to undertake a level 3 RICS survey (the most thorough). The survey was completed on time. The following images of the roof were taken at the time of the survey by the surveyor (not by me as suggested in their response, I simply added the rings) but not provided in full resolution in the report. The roof was given rating 1, "No current issues, no repair is currently needed". Make your own mind up if that is what the photographs show! Shortly after moving in, we noticed leaks through the roof. My Nest denied that the leaks were present at the time of the survey, less than a month before. If you choose to use My Nest to undertake your survey, I suggest gathering lots of photographic evidence before the survey is undertaken, so you have plenty of evidence to provide to the adjudicator during dispute resolution. Without direct evidence of issues existing at the time of the survey, you won't win otherwise. We are now out of pocket £1700 for roof repairs. Good luck.

Ann and Chris are great! They are genuine, honest and helpful in a time which can be really stressful. I have used them twice, dodged a bullet with the first house. The survey found all kinds of issues I was unaware of, Chris helped explain the areas of concern and their impacts both short and long term. I feel this information was really useful and saved me a fortune!!! I genuinely complain about most things, especially service; wholeheartedly I’d recommend this company.

So unbelievably helpful! After frantically needing an urgent valuation on my property these guys really stepped up to help me without any real reason to but what seemed like sheer kindness! Extremely professional, clear when explaining what could/needed to be done and overall just brilliant! Would recommend My Nest to anyone after my short and sweet interactions with them.
