Myself and my partner backed out of the sale of a house earlier in the year after waiting almost a month for our surveyors report to come through from a different company. We had a very bad experience with the surveyor used at that time and were extremely hesitant in booking another one for the next house we put an offer in on. All I can say is that Ann and Chris were brilliant. The process was super simple and quick, the report was very extensive and detailed and helped us knock a sizeable amount off the price of the house. I would absolutely recommend My Nest to anyone looking for a surveyor.

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to say how impressed I am with the survey I received. I received a 64 page RICS level 3 survey which went into a lot of clear, well laid out detail, with photographs and narrations. A lot of care has been put into this report and it was worth every penny. Chris has done a fantastic job in showing the issues which highlighted many things I missed during the viewing and I have subsequently revoked my offer on the house and the survey has potentially saved me thousands in reno works. I am continuing my search and will be using MY NEST for my future surveys.

I will share the facts of our experience with My Nest. We used My Nest to undertake a level 3 RICS survey (the most thorough). The survey was completed on time. The following images of the roof were taken at the time of the survey by the surveyor (not by me as suggested in their response, I simply added the rings) but not provided in full resolution in the report. The roof was given rating 1, "No current issues, no repair is currently needed". Make your own mind up if that is what the photographs show!<br>Shortly after moving in, we noticed leaks through the roof. My Nest denied that the leaks were present at the time of the survey, less than a month before.<br>If you choose to use My Nest to undertake your survey, I suggest gathering lots of photographic evidence before the survey is undertaken, so you have plenty of evidence to provide to the adjudicator during dispute resolution. Without direct evidence of issues existing at the time of the survey, you won't win otherwise. We are now out of pocket £1700 for roof repairs. Good luck.

We had a survey provided by Christopher tremlett after he was recommended by a friend. Very thorough and professional service. We felt the survey was very detailed and picked up lots of things we had missed ourselves. Would recommend.

Very personal service with Chris the surveyor making time to discuss details on the phone and repeatedly stating he is available should I have any other questions. Very happy and feal like it was money well spent.

Chris completed a survey for us and sent over the home buyer report so promptly. The report was detailed and thorough, and he has been available to answer any questions I had over the phone. Issues were raised that we might never have known about. In addition to offering advice and recommendations, he explained that any further questions we or our solicitor may have, we can contact him directly. He’s down to earth and friendly, which has made a stressful situation much easier!
