Excellent service from wood croft very detailed survey, I would not hesitate to use them again!

I needed a level 2 RICs survey and found Wood Croft via the internet. They were very helpful and a survey was booked for a week later. The day after the survey I recieved a very professional and detailed report, which was exceptional in it's "warts and all" coverage, that gave me so much more information. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Overall I was blow away with the level of service & clear information I received straight from the start continued throughout the process. My surveyor was particularly attentive, thorough & I believe went above the call of duty to accommodate my needs, giving me great faith in their work - Thank you, I would highly recommend anyone to Woodcroft Surveyors.

We recently had a RICS Level 2 house survey completed, and the service exceeded all expectations. I have very high standards and am not easily impressed (usually I complain about most service provider due to lack of care and attention to detail and customer service), but the level of detail, professionalism, and care we received throughout this process was outstanding, just WOW.<br><br>Even before payment, we received an initial search report with valuable insights and observations, which already gave us confidence in the quality of the service. After the survey was completed, he took the time to call me personally to talk through the findings, explain what was and wasn’t a concern, and answer all of my questions clearly and honestly.<br><br>The final report was extremely detailed and helped direct our attention to issues that genuinely mattered. It gave us a much clearer understanding of the property and proved incredibly valuable during the buying process.<br><br>I would highly recommend this services to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy surveyor.

Excellent service, would definitely use again. My surveyor was very responsive to communications, did a thorough job of investigating (got right up into / onto the roof, took heaps of photos), and thoroughly explained all aspects of the report to me which I appreciated. He also spotted an asparagus-sized plant hidden which, if it is what it looks like (I’m getting further checks done) could be a huge headache for me, so his attention to detail could save me from buying a money-pit. He even went back again the next day just to double check. Excellent service
